15 selected full-length papers presented at AWare 2025 – The First International Conference on Advances in Water Resources, scheduled from June 10–12, 2025, at MANIT Bhopal, India, will be published in a Special Issue of the esteemed Journal of Water Management Modeling (JWMM). Published by Computational Hydraulics International (CHI), the journal is indexed in Scopus and ESCI (Emerging Sources Citation Index by Web of Science), ensuring wide academic recognition and global visibility. The special issue will highlight cutting-edge research and novel approaches on various themes of the conference, reflecting the valuable contributions of global experts participating in AWare 2025. All selected papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process to uphold the highest standards of academic excellence.
The Journal of Water Management Modeling is the premier journal in the unique sub-discipline of water management modeling. JWMM fosters an unusual cooperation between three sub-communities (developers, users, and beneficiaries) on conceptual and practical engineering models of urban, rural, and watershed scale water supply and drainage systems, both natural and engineered. We are pleased to announce that the online full paper submission process is now open. There will not be a separate call for abstracts alone!!!
All the submitted paper will be peer-reviewed, and the Editorial and Technical Review Board (ETRB) will inform contributors if their papers has been selected by April 15th 2025. Authors will then have a 20 days time period to submit their revised full paper in Camera Ready Submission format, after which they will be reviewed for final acceptance. Overview of the Submission Process
The Technical advisory committee of AWaRe 2025 International conference on Advances in Water resources has setup the following process for the paper submission:
- The paper submissions should be made through the official submission portal of AWaRe 2025.

- Submission of a full paper composed within a maximum of 10-12 pages as per
the given template with the following structure on the submission portal.:
- Title
- Authors' affiliations
- Keywords
- Abstract
- Content
- References
- Peer-review of the submitted full papers.
- Acceptance with comments or rejection of the submitted full papers.
- Copyright Transfer Agreement.
- Accepted full papers, after the review process, will be invited for oral or poster presentations.
- Authors will be allowed for the oral/poster presentation only if the presenting author of each accepted full paper is fully registered at the indicated time.

PROCEEDINGS
The Proceedings of the AWaRe 2025, International conference on Advances in Water resources will include the Papers accepted after the peer-review process of the submitted full papers.
Proceedings will be registered with an ISSN and ISBN. Proceedings of the AWaRe 2025 International conference on Advances in Water resources will be submitted for evaluation to Web of Science and Scopus Conference Proceedings Citation Index.
