REGISTRATION PROCESS

Online Registration

Visit the AWARe 2025 Conference Portal and select the registration link.

Form Submission

Fill in the required details (Name, Institution, Contact Information, Category, etc.).

Payment Options

Online Payment Gateway

Upload Documents

Upload proof of student status (if applicable), payment receipt, and any other required documents.

Confirmation

After successful registration, an email confirmation will be sent with a registration ID. Receipt will be provided at the onsite registration desk.

Important Guidelines

  • Early bird registration ensures discounted rates.
  • The registration amount includes a registration kit, access to all technical sessions, Ideathon, IAHR YPN event.
  • Access to exhibition stalls, conference gala dinner, lunches and high teas are included with registration.
  • Exclusions (Additional Fee Payment required separately) – Pre-conference workshops and technical visits.
  • Student status must be certified – An official supportive letter from the institution, signed by the head of the department confirming your status, or a valid status ID card must accompany the registration.
  • All registrations are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, delegate replacements are permitted, subject to approval from the organiser.
  • The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be communicated to registered attendees via email and reflected on this official registration page.

HOW TO REACH

✈️ By Air

The nearest airport is Raja Bhoj International Airport (BHO), located approximately 18 km from MANIT Bhopal. The airport is well connected to major cities across India, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Chennai.

From the airport: You can take a prepaid taxi, cab, or auto-rickshaw to reach the MANIT campus in around 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.

🚆 By Rail

Bhopal has two major railway stations:

  • Bhopal Junction (BPL): Located around 9 km from MANIT, this station is well connected to major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Bangalore.
  • Habibganj Railway Station (HBJ): Situated about 5 km from MANIT, offering good connectivity to various parts of India.

From the railway station: Taxis, autos, and app-based cab services like Ola and Uber are easily available, with a travel time of 15–20 minutes from Habibganj and 25–30 minutes from Bhopal Junction to MANIT.
